Charlotte Kukundakwe practices in the areas of business and corporate law.She handles a variety of business-law matters for clients, including company formation, joint ventures, regulatory compliance, legal research, real estate purchasing and leasing, and contracts. She also advises nonprofit organizations in formation and seeking tax-exempt (501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4)) recognition.

Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Makerere University, Kampala-Uganda, and a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of KansasSchool of Law. She and her husband have two children.
